I lost 1 lb this week. I was definitely more active – walking while waiting for my connecting bus to work or home and walking during lunch. I also had 2 dance lessons and all-day Saturday bootcamp and Saturday night dance party.
I am still struggling with the food. I ate all junk all day Sunday. But, today is a new day. New grace and a fresh opportunity to worship with my body by taking care of it and being a good steward.
Note: not worship my body but worship WITH.
